Rfkill hard blocking problem under Ubuntu natty

I experienced hard blocked wlan devices on my HP 2510p laptop with Ubuntu. Like this:

$ rfkill list all

0: hci0: Bluetooth
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no

4: phy0: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: yes


The solution was on an Ubuntu forum topic: go to BIOS and restore the defaults.
