I have had a headache about copy/paste in Windows XP/SP3. Sometimes it stopped to work recently. After lots googling and digging in the various programs what I use, I found the problem in my system:
- it was caused by the XMing server of the andLinux/coLinux distribution.
Solution: Kill the Xming and restart it.
